2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Data you send us through the contact form
- Project enquiries: name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, target platforms, project stage and the description of your project.
- Job applications: name, email address, portfolio or LinkedIn URL (optional) and the information you write about yourself. If you then email us your CV, we treat its contents under this same notice.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.
2.2 Data about how you use the website
When you browse the site we collect, through cookies and similar technologies (section 6):
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics 4): pages you visit and their titles, the site that referred you (for example a search engine or a social network), approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), device type, operating system, browser, language, and interactions such as viewing a service section, clicking a contact link, starting the contact form and whether a form was sent successfully. The contents of the form, query strings in addresses and email addresses are not sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Behaviour analysis (Microsoft Clarity): clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the pages viewed during a visit, which can be replayed as an anonymised session recording or aggregated into heatmaps, plus device, browser and approximate location data. Clarity is configured to mask all text you type and the contents of form fields, so they are never recorded.
This data is not linked to your name or email address.
2.3 Technical data
To deliver the website and protect the contact form against automated abuse, our providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser information and the date and time of requests (server logs and the bot check described in section 4).
3. Why we use your data
Primary purposes (necessary to respond to what you ask for when you send the form):
- Reply to your enquiry and keep the conversation going.
- Assess your project, prepare proposals or quotations and, if we work together, manage the relationship that follows.
- Evaluate your job application and contact you about it.
- Operate the website securely and protect the form against spam and abuse.
Secondary purposes (not necessary for the above; you can refuse them, see section 7):
- Measure how many people visit the site, how they find it and which content and services interest them, using aggregated statistics.
- Understand how visitors use the site in order to fix usability problems and improve its design and performance, using heatmaps and anonymised session recordings.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not create advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data. Google Analytics’ advertising features (Google signals and ad personalisation) are disabled.
4. Who processes your data on our behalf
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
| Provider | What it does | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree, Inc. | Receives the contact form submission and forwards it to our inbox | United States |
| Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) | Verifies that the form is sent by a person, not a bot | United States / global network |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Hosts the company email account that receives your message | United States / global network |
| GoDaddy | Hosts the website | United States / global network |
| Google LLC (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4) | Loads the measurement tools and produces the usage statistics in section 2.2 | United States / global network |
| Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) | Produces the heatmaps and session recordings in section 2.2 | United States / global network |
These providers may store data on servers outside Mexico. We do not share your data with other third parties, except when required by law or by a competent authority.
5. How long we keep your data
- Project enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and, if a business relationship follows, for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted after 2 years.
- Job applications: for 2 years so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics 4): 14 months; after that, only aggregated reports remain.
- Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity): according to Microsoft Clarity’s retention periods, currently 30 days for recordings and up to 13 months for aggregated data.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses the following cookies. None of them is used for advertising.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors to produce statistics | 2 years |
| _ga_TJVJL2FG12 | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps the state of a visit (session) | 2 years |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Recognises a returning visitor in Clarity | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Groups the pages of one visit into a single recording | 1 day |
| CLID, MUID | Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms domain) | Identify the browser across visits for Clarity | 1 year |
| titan_internal | Titan Games | Marks visits by Titan Games staff so they are excluded from statistics. Only set when a staff member opens a dedicated internal link; never set for other visitors | 2 years |
The bot check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes technical signals from your browser only to tell people and bots apart.
Google Tag Manager, the tool that loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, does not set cookies of its own.
7. How to refuse analytics and session recordings
You can refuse the secondary purposes in section 3 at any time, without affecting your ability to use the site or the contact form:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site and the contact form keep working without them.
- Google Analytics: install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Write to us at contact@titangames.com.mx to ask that your data not be used for these purposes.
8. Your rights (ARCO) and how to exercise them
You can request Access to your personal data, Rectification if it is inaccurate, Cancellation (deletion) and Opposition to its use, and you can revoke your consent or limit the use of your data at any time.
Send your request to contact@titangames.com.mx with:
- your full name and an email address to reply to;
- a copy of an official ID (or of your legal representative’s ID and power of attorney);

We will reply within 20 business days and, if your request is granted, apply it within the following 15 business days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the Mexican authority for personal data protection.
